The total number of technical staff involved in provision of services is as follows: Kiev – 80 people, regional offices – more than 150 people. Relevant proficiency level has been confirmed by international certificates of top manufacturers.

For successful implementation of the project, each office of the Customer is assigned to the support engineers who undergo special training, both at the enterprises of the manufacturers and under the in-house training programs.
